This is also one of the areas where Directors will pursue. This career title requires quite a lot of attention and of excess work attention and one might not be quite ready for this role initially, except after a term of one year span. Nevertheless, should you feel that CS is where you’d wish to have your shares accumulated, then let know these things.

All things are currently in the rough draft and lots of fine tuning needs to take place. All the board members will be the owners and it becomes us to tidy up our company to make it presentable to the best of our abilities.

CURRENT STUDIES

However; I’m not suggesting that any of our CS applicants should interrupt your current studies. We have a full year or more till all this fully kicks in, for there are loads of work remaining to be done. Once we are at the 5th year marker we’ll do a full overhaul, refresh, review and sharpen up our mandates.

As this is a new start up that looks very promising, I’ll suggest a personal meeting with you (BELOW) to determine our steps forward and to also pattern our progressive landmarks for measuring success or anticipate pitfalls if any.

DETERMINING YOUR INITIAL CAREER TITLE

Seek to understand whether the Corporate Secretary (CS) position will be good for you, therefore kindly update me on your availability for roughly 90 minutes or so, for us to mull over some beginners processes on how we might initiate our moving forward.
