As BAWT-CityTOURs, Affiliates (still a new StartUp), It’s best that your start is by remote, as you can continue your current job while taking time to ease into building up your own department at B.A.W.T INC.

We’ll not lease a facility until we have the staff and marketing teams in place, even as most of our marketing will be done remotely, globally and to be managed by our Digital Marketing Head(s)/Team.

Where shares are concerned:

You’ll manage remotely till you feel ready to take the managing director’s chair.

During that time you can focus on moving into an Exec RVP spot for directing and managing the business of the company in the sector(s) you’ve selected.

Shares will be issued and confirmed no sooner than 12 months to the incumbents retroactive from the date of signing the shareholder agreement document, unless otherwise from a prior promise date.
