BY EXPERIENCE OR NO EXPERIENCE, B.A.W.T. Inc., CAN HIRE, TRAIN or SPONSOR

Because one may not have the specific & current experience required to be hired for a particular management role, B.A.W.T. Inc., therefore desire to implement a curriculum for training desired candidates.

In other businesses, people are required to pay a large amount of funds for this training without any guarantee of being hired, especially international applicants, which cost is about some 40% more expensive than charged to domestic applicants.

The B.A.W.T. Inc., designed options are to create the various scenarios for selling our services by the specifically trained staff, thus from which their earnings payment is generated from sales and commissions up to 30% in few cases.

From those sales, the individuals earn commissions to support their living expenses on top of what they previously saved prior to their application.

After training, they can be hired at B.A.W.T. Inc., and can or may qualify to then apply for permanent residency or return to their countries and continue working in some cases remotely within this company.

TO INTERNATIONAL STUDIES

Typically: For schooling by internationally, the period for training has to be @ minimum; 8 to 12 months.

@ BAWT Inc.: All applicants will be trained to become managers and ultimately per our strategies promoted to the designation of RVP.

KNOW ABOUT INTERNATIONAL STUDY DURATION

The duration of your course or program of study is eight months or 8-12 months.

Each course or sector of B.A.W.T. Inc., business Institute requires 90 days.

After being hired, by post 90 days (during employment probation period) and that is up to the first 180 days (6 months), you’ll then continue to be trained as:

POST NINE MONTHS (36 WEEKS) TRAINING

After 9 months the applicant will have learnt a fair amount to then be considered for junior manager position. 

When individuals are promoted to the official manager position or other sectors of our business models, within the next 90 days, which will then confirmed to 12 months of association within B.A.W.T. Inc.

POST TWELVE MONTHS TRAINING

By the completion of 12 months a review meeting will be scheduled to discuss what have been accomplished followed by the next step & stage of your employment with  B.A.W.T. Inc..

The Affiliate member sponsored applicants may select from other approved (8 to 12 months long)  study disciplines within those courses approved by the sponsor BAWT Inc.

Furthermore to previous information mentioned: Regarding the President: Michael Blackhall’s (B.A.W.T. Inc.) business development in Travel Agency & Tour Operator Services, (TATOS) Toronto. ON. Operating business in the Industry & Sectors as follows:

APPLICANTS’ QUALIFIER & CONDITONS

Prior to accepting a subscription & application to be sponsored by; B.A.W.T. Inc., and be granted a level of Scholarship for training, the applicant would have or must have first;

  1. Previously subscribed online to request (B.A.W.T. Inc.,) Affiliate membership,
  2. Already registered & received confirmed (AMU-ID), ie: affiliate membership unique identification, (such as to website landing page URL).
  3. Already been actively sharing our marketing promotional content on social media & locally in their countries in the previous 90 days,
  4. Already earned at least 3 payments (at minimum)
    1. after 90-consecutive days of sharing & publishing,
    2. promoting to advertise by approved marketing contents.
  5. Already generated the approved sales volume (after 90 to 365-days, (ie: consecutive 12-months) as the qualifier.
  6. Already earned the minimum gained by compensations per the approved rate(s).

RE: THE SCHOLARSHIP

Our scholarship value will be used towards the study in the various disciplines such as are the required disciplines which will drive the companies business to fruition from the following training & specific skill sets as follows:

It will take this many affiliates to accomplish unmentioned future projects. (Jamaica Cultural Throw-back for tourist Entertainments).

PURPOSE:

– For creating a Super Niche shift in paradigm & a kaleidoscope of colours by BAWT Inc., Presentations of Jamaica’s Cultural Throw-back, now in the incubative stages and planning to offer from December 2024.

PER AN 80/20 RULE:

This then is to say that, of the 50 successful candidates in 24-months, this just represents approx., only 20% of 250 who had applied and would have generated sales while attempting to qualify. Therefore the 80% (200 unsuccessful) candidates will continue to try for scholarships as to our open & ongoing scholarship programs globally.


THE INCUMBENTS STUDY AREA PROGRAMS

Scholars identified:

(5) In Travel & Tourism to Accomplish their TICO certification to be recognized by the Travel Industry Council of Ontario, enabling the incumbents to discuss and sell travel services within a travel agency in Ontario.

Per BAWT Inc., Requirements:

  1. (5) In Travel & Tourism, (Tour Operator Services & Sightseeing Tour guides),
  1. (10) In the Performing Arts Triple Threat disciplines. The studies offered within the Designated Learning Institution (DLI) for Art & Entertainment.
  1. (5) In Events Planning & Events Management, (for developing, crafting, strategizing, implementing, managing, promoting & marketing),
  1. (5) in (Hosting & Performing) Jamaica’s Cultural Entertainments, such as in Jamaica’s cultural Throw-back Entertainments,
  1. (5) In (Conveying Tourist Interactions) For providing and presenting the Jamaican deep-rooted cultural vacation experience,
  1.  (10) In (Tourism Business Management).
    • Five (5) for learning Lake & Ocean Cruising & arrangements:
    • Five (5) for learning arranging & booking chartered flights & accommodations per curative strategies.
  1. (5) In (Hospitality) Studies may include as applied to travel & tourism hospitality.

AS PREVIOUSLY ADVERTISED 4 WEEKS IN 90 DAYS, BAWT INC., BUSINESS PLAN THEN IS:

  1. All the above would have already been actively promoted by paid adverts,
  2. Publishing & marketed in respective foreign countries,
  3. Member Affiliates receiving commission payments for online marketing,
